Begin with the End in Mind

My work with individuals sometimes happens over several sessions, with a clear path and outcome. Other times, it’s a focused conversation or two.

In all cases, I begin with the end in mind—and keep the work centered on what will move the person forward.

A few one-to-one client wins so far this year:

  • A rising senior seeking his first professional summer internship. He could confidently describe his experience but wasn’t yet connecting his experience to the internship roles he was targeting. Through a series of mock interviews, he learned to align his responses to what employers were actually looking for. As I write this, he begins his 2026 internship – no small feat in the current environment.

  • A recent graduate targeting the top global consulting firms for his first post-graduate role—highly competitive, with little room for error. With one of those firms, he advanced through five interview rounds, each one higher stakes than the last. We prepared, debriefed, and refined his approach throughout the process. When the offer came, we worked it through together, and he signed.

  • An executive considering a new opportunity. Here, I served as a sounding board over two sessions, creating space for her to step away from day-to-day demands. Drawing on decades of experience partnering inside executive teams, I helped her talk through the situation, identify the gaps that needed answers—and ultimately make a clear, informed decision.

This is the kind of one-to-one work I do with clients in moments that matter.
