A Coach's Perspective on Coaching

As an executive coach, I’m a trusted partner who helps clients tackle complex challenges, explore new ideas, and navigate the unique pressures of leadership. My approach is rooted in honest, focused support, unafraid to voice hard truths if I believe they’ll unlock progress. Clients appreciate my role as both a sounding board and a source of clear, grounded judgment.

While I’ve been in this role for decades, it wasn’t until I worked with my own coach that I fully appreciated the value I bring to others. Through the guidance of my coach and my own commitment to growth, I learned to articulate my strengths and truly own my value -- without hesitation.

Coaching is a powerful investment in both personal and professional growth. It offers invaluable support for those aiming to enhance self-awareness, strengthen leadership skills, navigate complex challenges, reduce stress, and achieve a wide range of meaningful goals.

Put simply, giving yourself or a team member the gift of coaching can be a powerful step toward realizing full potential.

The choice to work with a coach is deeply personal and should feel like the right fit. This can mean talking to more than one coach before selecting yours. That’s why, alongside sharing my own insights, I also highlight the missions and approaches of other talented coaches I’ve encountered over the years:

Adebola Osakwe is solutions-oriented, and outcomes driven. She partners with leaders to understand their challenges and areas of opportunity.  She leverages existing performance data, 360 feedback and additional assessment instruments to design solutions centered around behavioral changes that will drive business impact.

Avnish Sabharwal has found in his work that unlocking human potential is about seeing yourself honestly, finding freedom in that seeing, and being able to operate in fundamentally new ways, consistently on the edge of what is comfortable for you.  Part of this work is to bridge unhealed wounds to new possibilities.

Cheri Gregov supports clients to excel with ease, get rewarded handsomely, and enjoy their work more. Cheri's signature system combines performance coaching, leadership development, business consulting, and life coaching.

Michelle Cox’s coaching style is characterized by simplicity, sincerity, and boldness. She believes in holding her clients accountable for their commitments and ensuring they follow through on their promises.

Whether you're exploring coaching for yourself or for your team, finding the right partner can unlock new possibilities and transform challenges into growth opportunities.
